The founder, Alex, sought rapid growth following recent business success. As a technical leader, he needed a partner with deep expertise in both sales technology and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to test campaigns and scale the business efficiently.
Business Development Blockers
RRA's manual campaign execution was slow, preventing them from quickly testing new strategies and scaling successful ones. They needed a nuanced, high-volume, and automated system.
Although technically proficient, Alex and his team lacked the specialized skills to build a modern, automated sales process. Acquiring this expertise internally would require significant time and resources that Alex did not plan to invest.
How Alex met TAM Acceleration

Initial Goals
Before the project began, Alex outlined several clear objectives:

How did we proceed?
1. We applied the proven and performing 5 step TAM Process
- TAM Analysis: In-depth analysis of the Total Addressable Market (TAM), Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and channels.
- Highly Qualified Database Creation: Building segmented and highly qualified lead lists using Clay and AI Agents.
- The Atlas Infrastructure: Creating the necessary email and tech infrastructure to ensure high deliverability and avoid spam.
- The Aries Funnel: Identifying the funnel and messaging that generates the highest response rates.
- Scaling the Machine: Automating the entire system to scale results by connecting all components and reverse-engineering success.
How does the TAM process work?
1. TAM Analysis
We analyzed RRA's ICP, market, previous successes, and goals to craft a detailed action plan for an initial three-month phase, followed by a second phase.

2. Highly-Targeted Database Creation
We launched five distinct campaigns, each with a different offer targeting a different decision-maker. Every campaign utilized a custom database built in Clay, where leads were enriched with AI, filtered, and segmented.
3. The Atlas Infrastructure
To maximize email deliverability, we established a robust infrastructure of 54 inboxes across 18 domains. These were hosted on various servers - from TAM Acceleration’s private, 24/7-monitored server to shared servers - to ensure optimal performance.
4. The Aries Funnel
The testing phase was critical. We systematically tested key elements of the GTM motion:
- Different campaign concepts
- Multiple copy variations for each campaign
- Various decision-maker targets
Once these were optimized, we focused on refining the built-in operational procedures.
5. Scaling the Machine
We connected and automated the entire workflow. Using Instantly, all positive replies were sent directly to a dedicated Slack channel, providing Alex’s team with real-time notifications. From there, the team could instantly schedule meetings and update their calendars.
